1. Overview
At Yarn Vista, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may request a return or refund under the terms below.
2. Return Period
- You may return an item within 7 days of delivery.
- After this return period passes, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it.
- Be in the original packaging, with all tags, labels, and protective coverings intact.
- Have proof of purchase / order number.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned. These include (but are not limited to):
- Custom made, personalized, or custom dyed yarn/products.
- Items on sale / clearance (unless they arrive damaged or defective).
- Any product that is damaged by you after delivery.
5. How to Request a Return
- Contact our Customer Service at yarnvista1@gmail.com within the return period. Include your name, order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.
- Our team will provide you with return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item back using a reliable courier. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
6. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within [14] days.
- Shipping charges (original & return) may be deducted from the refund, depending on the reason for return.
7. Exchanges
- If you want to exchange an item (e.g. for a different color or size), follow the same return process.
- Get in touch to check availability. We will ship the replacement item once we receive the returned product and inspect it.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos and order details.
- We will cover all shipping costs for returning defective/damaged items.
- You may choose either repair, replacement, or full refund, depending on the issue and availability.
9. Partial Refunds / Restocking Fee (if applicable)
- In some cases, only a partial refund might be granted (for items not in original condition, missing parts, or damaged after use).
- A restocking fee may apply (if you specify one) in such cases.
10. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order before it is shipped. If cancellation is accepted, you will receive a full refund minus any transaction fees (if any).
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible; you’ll have to use the return process above.
