1. Overview

At Yarn Vista, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may request a return or refund under the terms below.


2. Return Period

  • You may return an item within 7 days of delivery.
  • After this return period passes, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging, with all tags, labels, and protective coverings intact.
  • Have proof of purchase / order number.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned. These include (but are not limited to):

  • Custom made, personalized, or custom dyed yarn/products.
  • Items on sale / clearance (unless they arrive damaged or defective).
  • Any product that is damaged by you after delivery.

5. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Service at yarnvista1@gmail.com within the return period. Include your name, order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.
  2. Our team will provide you with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a reliable courier. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

6. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within [14] days.
  • Shipping charges (original & return) may be deducted from the refund, depending on the reason for return.

7. Exchanges

  • If you want to exchange an item (e.g. for a different color or size), follow the same return process.
  • Get in touch to check availability. We will ship the replacement item once we receive the returned product and inspect it.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos and order details.
  • We will cover all shipping costs for returning defective/damaged items.
  • You may choose either repair, replacement, or full refund, depending on the issue and availability.

9. Partial Refunds / Restocking Fee (if applicable)

  • In some cases, only a partial refund might be granted (for items not in original condition, missing parts, or damaged after use).
  • A restocking fee may apply (if you specify one) in such cases.

10. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped. If cancellation is accepted, you will receive a full refund minus any transaction fees (if any).
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible; you’ll have to use the return process above.
